Deep Dive
Our first call.
By starting with a deep dive workshop, we can use our time together efficiently. The deep dive is more about a run down/download than a coaching session. It will guide the rest of our work together. We don’t want any surprises to slow us down. It’s all about being quick yet strategic so you can continue to operate without a hiccup.

Level 1 - Coaching
12-week 1:1 virtual coaching program to scale your business and your mindset
- Weekly 50 minute calls, includes initial virtual deep dive
- Coaching sessions result in high-level recommendations for next steps, current resources, and how additional services can be used for your team to execute
- Business building activities provided at each call to help you get to that next step
- Always on availability via email and text for quick questions (pocket coach) - I will let you know if something would be better discussed during our weekly call
- Two emergency calls per month (20 minutes for a sounding board)
- Option to do one call with your team to hear their challenges (up to 1 hour)
- Option to add additional weekly or bi-weekly coaching following the initial program
- Moves to month-to-month after three months (weekly or bi-weekly call options)- we start with a three month minimum to make sure you see results and that they are sustainable

Level 2 -
Consulting
8-week virtual program to streamline + scale your business - mix of coaching and consulting
- Virtual Deep Dive
- Operational Assessment
- Weekly calls (50 minutes).
- Up to 15 hours of hands-on execution by yours truly following the deep dive to help create, set up, test, or implement objectives - deliverables to be agreed upon during coaching - typically include service/pricing structure, messaging, audience insights, SOPs, templates, processes. Does not include team leadership/advisement aside from set calls. Only behind the scenes. See Fractional COO for more involvement.
- Always on availability via email and text for quick questions (pocket coach) - I will let you know if something would be better discussed during our weekly call
- Weekly calls can include anyone from your team
- One emergency call per month (15 minutes for a sounding board)
- Option to do one call with your team to hear their challenges (up to 1 hour)
- Option to purchase additional 15 hour package as needed or coaching calls
Level 3 -
Fractional COO
12 week virtual program where Erin is hands on in your business, an extension of your team. Option to have her join client calls if you agree/feel it will be helpful, but just as a listener.
- Everything in level 1 plus Joining up to 4 team/client meetings per month (up to 1 hour each)
- Recommendation for next steps, resources and growth strategy
- 10-30 hours of work within your agency per month
- Examples of projects: - creating documents and systems, supporting your team, coaching your team, helping train staff members on processes and PR/marketing execution best practices, attending client calls, developing growth strategy etc
- Option to extend past 12 weeks
